BINDERS top
1102 LIFTBOY
 

The Liftboy is a handy device which is easy to operate. It empties the contents of a lever arch file in a matter of minutes, transferring documents neatly and securely in original order onto the Archive Management’s Patent binders.

Using the Liftboy. Within a few seconds you can transfer the contents of a lever arch file onto a binder by

  • Placing the feet of the liftboy underneath papers in the file and lowering the U-shaped rod on to the fixed prongs of the lever arch file.
  • By squeezing the cross bar and rod together, you free the file.
  • Turn the file with the Liftboy upside down and screw the Binder into the Liftboy prongs.
  • Lowering the rod, you transfer the contents onto the binder, then reverse the file and unscrew the Binder.

BINDERS
The Binders are used in conjunction with the Liftboy and securely bind documents which have been transferred from a lever arch file.

102 10CM BINDER
  The 10 cm Binder holds the contents of one lever arch file. 102 contains 96, 10cm Binders per box.
103 18CM BINDER
  The 18cm Binder holds the contents of two lever arch files. 103 contains 96, 18cm Binders per box.

12 IDENTIFICATION LABELS
  The Identification Labels fit over the prong of the Binder, and are tucked neatly under the file, to give rapid identification of file contents. The Identification Labels are available in five colours: White, blue, green, yellow and pink.

Identification Labels are in packs of 96.
DATA BINDERS top
  The Data Binders are used for binding A3 computer paper when it is ready to be archived.
111 DATA RODS STANDARD
 

The Standard Data Rod is used for binding data listings which are up to 8 cm thick.

Standard Data Rods are in packs of 100.

112 DATA RODS LONG
 

The Long Data Rod is used for binding data listings which are up to 16cm thick.

Long Data Rods are in packs of 100.

 

104 BINDER HOLDER
 

 

 

The binder holder is a tool which allows you to save vast amounts of time in filing your paper work. The Binder is inserted into this device and individual pieces of paper can be placed directly onto the Binder. When the binder is full, the file can be labeled and filed.


FILE COVERS top
  The file covers are used as a protection cover for bundled files.

2005 A4 FILE COVERS
  For protection of your A4 paper work.

A4 File covers are available in packs of 96 containing 48 Fronts and 48 Backs.

2008 A3 FILE COVERS
  For protection of your A3 paper work.

A3 File covers are available in packs of 100 containing 50 fronts and 50 backs.
